Schedule: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM ???? About the Role In this position, you'll collaborate closely with the Sales team, manage benefit-related requests, analyze data, optimize processes, and help ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your role directly contributes to client loyalty and overall satisfaction. ???? Key Responsibilities ✨ Manage benefit requests for clients ✨ Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate service delivery ✨ Analyze data and prepare reports to improve internal processes ✨ Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored support ????
