Overview / Role Objective At MGC , we are a growing company dedicated to connecting organizations with their potential clients through comprehensive sales and advisory solutions. We are looking for an Administrative and Commercial Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and provide essential support to our commercial team by keeping all information, reports, and processes updated and aligned with company goals. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficiency across recruitment, sales, and administrative support, contributing to the team’s overall growth and performance. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure commercial team data and reports are accurate and updated in real time.
- Prepare quotes and manage sales tailored to each client’s profile.
- Make and receive calls to coordinate recruitment, sales, and administrative processes.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new agents.
- Provide support and respond to information requests from the administrative and sales teams.
- Register new recruits and clients in CRM systems.
- Report any updates or issues regarding hiring or production to immediate supervisors.
- Complete and submit sales forms for every transaction.
- Follow up with recruits and clients to ensure receipt of all required documentation.
- Maintain well-organized databases with full process traceability.
- Conduct business presentations for potential candidates.
- Lead and support onboarding and training for new recruits.
- Manage the virtual office on Zoom and monitor user flow on the platform.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators of the sales team.
- Coordinate and provide support for administrative and sales meetings. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or academic background in administrative or related fields . Conversational English – minimum C1 level (verifiable) Languages: Conversational English – minimum level C1. Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, email management, videoconferencing tools, and CRM systems. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative, commercial, or similar roles. Core Skills:
- Leadership and results orientation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- High commitment and adaptability. Position Details
- Salary: $4,000,000 COP + full legal benefits.
- Contract type: Fixed-term.
- Work modality: On-site.
