About the Role We are a growing international forex and financial services company looking for a professional, detail-oriented Regional Compliance Oversight Agent. In this role, you will be our local compliance anchor, providing direct oversight of our sales operations and ensuring that all activities align with our internal policies and regulatory standards. Advanced/fluent level of English is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Monitor & Review: Oversee local sales practices and client interactions to ensure strict compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Audit Operations: Conduct routine reviews of sales conduct, team communications, and daily operational procedures. Escalate Issues: Identify, document, and swiftly escalate compliance concerns or suspicious activities to regional leaders. Reporting: Prepare regular, detailed written reports in English for the integral Compliance Department. Support Investigations: Assist with internal investigations and the implementation of new policies when required. Maintain Standards: Uphold strict confidentiality, objectivity, and professional independence at all times. Requirements Language: Advanced or fluent English (C1/C2 level) is strictly required for reporting and constant communication with global teams. Experience: Background as a QA, compliance, financial services, forex, banking, or regulatory oversight is highly preferred. Schedule: Monday to friday ( Including Colombian holidays with holiday charge) 10 pm to 7pm Skills: Strong understanding of professional conduct, reporting procedures, and excellent documentation skills. Traits: Ability to work independently with high integrity, discretion, and a keen eye for detail. Location: Must be located in Cali and able to work 100% on-site in the North/Center area.
