**Job Title: Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agent**

**Salary**:

- **Starting Pay**: $5 USD per hour

We are a construction company based in Houston, TX, seeking motivated and skilled Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agents to join our team. As a telemarketing agent, your primary responsibility will be to cold call homeowners and persuade them to schedule a free estimate for various home improvement services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for home improvement services
- Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners
- Provide clear and persuasive information about our services
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous telemarketing or cold calling experience is required
- **English Proficiency**: Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
- **Skills**: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
- **Equipment**: Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset. We will provide the dialer and CRM software.
- **Availability**: Must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM CST)
- **Breaks**: Two 30-minute breaks (12:00 PM
- 12:30 PM CST and 3:00 PM
- 3:30 PM CST)
