Customer Service Representative (Cartagena)

**Summary**

EDDY Pump Corporation is an innovative leader in engineering and manufacturing high-performance industrial pumps. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Customer Service Agent to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our clients worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate support and information to customers.
- Document and manage customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, in our CRM.
- Utilize the ERP system to process orders, check inventory, and manage customer data.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer service standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the management team to improve products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally with specific knowledge of HubSpot and Epicor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
