This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and supporting daily sales operations in a fast-paced roofing supply environment.

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and deliveries
- Support outside sales representatives as needed
- Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong knowledge of roofing materials and metal products
- Keep work area organized and support daily office operations

**Qualifications**
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Roofing, construction, or building materials experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
- Basic computer and order-entry skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with customers, vendors, and team members
