**Job Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Training Program Development:
- Design and develop instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials, focused on dredge pump heavy equipment setup, assembly, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Create structured training programs for new and existing employees, including in-person and online training modules.
- Develop customer-facing troubleshooting guides and product manuals for basic operation and troubleshooting common issues encountered with dredge pumping equipment.
2. Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality written content that is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Record, edit, and produce instructional videos demonstrating dredge pump equipment's setup, assembly, operation, and maintenance.
- Develop visual aids, diagrams, and other multimedia resources to support training materials.
3. Training Delivery:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
4. Collaboration and Consultation:
- Work closely with the engineering and operations to ensure training materials are accurate and aligned with company standards and regulations.
- Engage with employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in training programs.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly review and update training materials to reflect equipment, technology, and industry standards changes.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in dredging and heavy equipment training.
- Implement innovative training methods and tools to enhance learning and retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing technical training programs.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating instructional videos, including scripting, filming, and editing.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable training materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
