Sales & Customer Service Representative Alpha Metals Roofing Supply Alpha Metals Roofing Supply is looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and supporting daily sales operations in a fast-paced roofing supply environment. Position Overview The Sales & Customer Service Representative will assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email, helping them with product questions, pricing, orders, and general support. This person will also help maintain strong customer relationships and support the sales team with day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and deliveries
- Support outside sales representatives as needed
- Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong knowledge of roofing materials and metal products
- Keep work area organized and support daily office operations Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Roofing, construction, or building materials experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
- Basic computer and order-entry skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
