Industrial General Trainee

LOCATION: Cartagena DEPARTMENT: Operations Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution and follow-up of operational and industrial projects.• Analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.• Participate in planning and coordinating resources to ensure operational efficiency and continuity.• Assist in the management and control of budgets, materials, and services related to operations.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and resource optimization.• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making.• Participate in projects related to innovation, sustainability, safety, and operational excellence.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business and operational objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.• Advanced English proficiency.• 0 to 4 years of professional experience.• Previous experience in industrial environments is a plus, particularly in areas such as Operations, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, or Project Management.• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is desirable.• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Power BI is desirable.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• High level of commitment, leadership potential, teamwork, and organizational skills.• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
