You'll have the opportunity to directly influence both the product experience and the overall visual identity of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UI/UX design initiatives for the platform inside Bubble.ioDesign responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging product experiencesBuild and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platformConduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisionsCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective user experiencesCreate wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive flowsSupport marketing and sales teams with graphic design materials such as presentations, brochures, and social media assetsEnsure visual consistency across all product and brand touchpointsStay up to date with modern UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the Bubble.io ecosystemRequirements3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product DesignStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, ideally including Bubble.io projectsHands-on experience designing within Bubble.ioStrong understanding of user-centered design principlesExperience conducting user research and usability testingProficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skillsExcellent attention to detail and visual consistencyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environmentAdvanced English level requiredNice to HaveExperience working in SaaS startups or high-growth environmentsExperience designing B2B platforms or workflow-heavy productsGraphic design experience for marketing/sales collateralFamiliarity with PRM, CRM, or partner ecosystem toolsWhy Join?
