Senior Project/Product Manager (Caucasia)

We are hiring a Senior Project / Product Manager who leads at the intersection of product strategy, execution discipline, and stakeholder partnership — owning initiatives end to end and ensuring outcomes that are stable, scalable, and built to last. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Define and manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and delivery plans Maintain documentation: charters, Agile / hybrid roadmaps, RAID logs, KPIs Coordinate cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, QA, UX/UI, Data/BI) Lead workshops, demos, status reviews, and executive communications Drive execution from kickoff through launch with predictable delivery and quality Apply Agile practices in context (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid) using metrics to guide improvement Product Management Partner with founders and stakeholders to prioritize backlog by value, risk, and strategy Lead discovery, problem framing, MVP validation, experiments, and feedback loops Translate product architecture into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans Define and track outcomes: adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, ROI Negotiate scope and tradeoffs while safeguarding business and product objectives Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Management Lead workshops, demos, and C-level presentations. Gather requirements, manage expectations, and negotiate scope changes effectively. Communicate progress and risks to executives and business/finance stakeholders. Coordinate synergies between internal teams and external partners/vendors. Methodologies & Continuous Improvement Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or hybrid frameworks depending on context. Run ceremonies, retrospectives, and drive a metrics-driven, continuous improvement culture. Improve delivery processes using outcomes, velocity/throughput trends, quality metrics, and feedback loops. Experience and Skills 8+ years leading end-to-end software initiatives or digital products Proven client / founder-facing communication and executive presence Strong command of Agile delivery practices and Jira (Scrum Master certification — nice to have) Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and product teams Strategic thinking, results orientation, and servant leadership mindset Experience with AI-native or Low-Code / No-Code initiatives (nice to have) Exposure to platform / integration programs (APIs, identity / auth, data integrations) (nice to have) Certifications in cloud, product, or Agile ecosystems (nice to have) English B2 or higher This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America Compensation & Benefits Compensation paid in US dollars Participation in innovative, high-impact initiatives People-centric culture with autonomy and continuous learning 10 days PTO Observe all holidays in your country Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.co/empleo/1am355
