About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Project / Product Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across Data, AI, and Software Development for a fast-growing technology startup. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple high-impact projects, including: Data Lake and Business Intelligence implementations Enterprise software and platform development AI management systems using AI agents Cloud-native data and analytics solutions leveraging Databricks The adecuado candidate combines strong product thinking, technical understanding, and project delivery expertise in modern cloud and AI environments. Responsabilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement. Manage product roadmaps, project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Drive the implementation of Data Lake, BI, analytics, and AI-driven platforms. Collaborate with technical leadership to define architecture, delivery strategy, and execution plans. Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications. Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and engineering execution. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility across teams. Define KPIs, product success metrics, and reporting mechanisms. Support AI initiatives involving intelligent agents, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making. Work closely with leadership and clients to manage expectations, priorities, and communication. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Required Qualifications Experience with AI/ML products or AI agent-based systems. Exposure to Databricks, modern data platforms, or big data ecosystems. Knowledge of cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. Technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering/data teams. Experience in startup or high-growth environments. Understanding of BI tools, analytics workflows, and data governance practices. Familiarity with AI orchestration, automation workflows, or agentic AI concepts.
