As An Onboarding Analyst: As An Analyst For Time Tracking Tool (Replicon):
- Initiate DocuSign for all IT contractor onboarding requests received in the IT VMO Onboarding tool.
- Ensure signature by demand manager on New employee Access Agreement, Ensure signature by supplier representative on New employee Access Agreement, Ensure signature by IT contractor on New employee Access Agreement, Basic Information form.
- Collect defined Identification proof documents by the IT Contractor and compare the details with data entered
- on the Onboarding tool.
- Initiate DPS ticket (Denied Party Screening); liaise with Demand fulfiller in case of background hits.
- Initiate People Connect Ticket for Position creation by HR rep.
- Update People Connect with Resource information and Position.
- Raise Ticket for LDAP creation. Send notice to IT Engineer for LDAP Untainting process.
- Map Resource in QUEST, assign generic Xcap.
- Create Account for IT contractor resource in Replicon.
- Allocate Replicon license for time entry by IT contractor resource.
- Creates WO/SoW entry in Replicon.
- Maps resource profile against the WO/SoW for time entry.
