Full Stack Developer (Cota)

Data Visualization Analyst will work collaboratively with functional, technical and program staff to communicate findings through dashboards, data visualizations, interactive charts, graphs and other tools to upper leadership in a clear way. He/she will identify the best opportunities to use data analysis, graphic design and/or programming expertise to depict software development, HR, financial, business systems/ operations/ functions/ product line data visually and accurately and in ways that are accessible, engaging, innovative, and relevant to target audiences. This person's goal is to solve problems and inform decision-making through innovation, collaboration, and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with different departments, technical SMEs, and testers to solve problems and convey key messages using data visualization approaches, techniques, and methods.
- Develop intuitive, attractive, and interactive data visualizations using internal data for dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Distill quantitative and qualitative data to communicate compelling stories to diverse audiences.
- Establish data visualization standards and explore new, cutting-edge tools to raise those standards periodically.
- Identify programmatic challenges and leading indicators to present the problems as well as solutions visually.
