- Lead software development projects and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Design, develop, test, and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
- Apply software engineering principles to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Integrate software components into complete, functional systems.
- Conduct quality assurance through verification plans, testing, and debugging.
- Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Maintain and update technical specifications, documentation, and system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, internal standards, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and train team members or end‑users when required. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software development, including experience in senior or technical leadership functions. Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI , and relational data models. Advanced experience with SQL Server , performance optimization, and database design. Experience defining and integrating technical solutions end-to-end. Familiarity with Azure and CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps . Ability to mentor developers, lead discussions, and drive technical decisions. Lead and manage software development projects, including coordination of technical teams; design, develop, test, and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
