About the role: We are seeking a highly proactive, emotionally intelligent, and deeply trustworthy Personal Assistant to act as the ultimate partner to the agency's owner. This is not a standard, routine administrative role— it is a critical, high-trust position designed to manage the owner’s professional and personal ecosystem, directly minimizing friction and managing operational stress levels. The idóneo candidate will serve as a foundational anchor for both the founder and the broader team, filling in gaps seamlessly across operations, client relations, and personal scheduling.
