Human Resources Coordinator (Chía)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Chia. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for local positions (job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination). Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of required documentation. Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with regional HR teams on projects and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in an HR coordination or generalist role. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken); Speaking English is a must. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
