Sales Support Associate (Cesar)

The Sales Support Associate assists Sales Consultants at the dealership by answering phone calls, scheduling loaners and delivery appointments, preparing required documents, and greeting guests. The role also involves scheduling port‐installed options, performing product demonstrations, vehicle test drives, service and parts overviews, and inspecting vehicles prior to delivery for quality control. Additional responsibilities include handling delivery paperwork and facilitating vehicle delivery to customers. Responsibilities Answer and retrieve telephone messages for assigned sales consultants Assist sales customers with service appointments Schedule loaners for sales and service customers Manage vehicle loaners (check availability, reserve vehicles, and obtain proper paperwork) Meet and greet sales customers in the absence of sales consultants Schedule port‐installed options, echomaster, and tint installation with VPC and outside vendors Update DealerTrack reports, prospects, pending deals, and sold units Assist sales with picking up vehicles for deliveries as needed Manage key inventory by sorting and pulling keys for other locations when a car is sold Check that all accessories are installed per customer's specifications Perform quality inspection of vehicles before delivery to ensure they are in excellent condition with all options installed and gas tank fueled Prepare VPC vehicle transfer sheets for the car carrier Maintain sales consultant office and monitor loaner/sold unit keys Call customers when license plates arrive and assist with license plate installation Assist with parts, get‐ready forms, and purchase orders Requirements High school graduate or equivalent Minimum six months of customer service work experience Automotive sales or service experience preferred Excellent customer relations skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; DealerTrack knowledge preferred Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to operate standard and automatic transmissions for a variety of vehicle sizes Must be customer-focused and practice active listening skills Detail‐oriented, organized, with good follow‐through Must be a self‐starter and able to multi‐task Pay Range: $***** – $***** per hour Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug‐Free Workplace #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.co/empleo/1b1giv
