* Bilingual with 80% English or more.

* You must be a self starter and take on responsibility without being told. This is not a short term gig, we are looking for someone that will grow with us for years with subsequent raises in pay and position.

Responsibilities:
*
* Receive calls and assist patients over the phone as needed.
*
* Call health insurers and use our medical software to determine insurance information.
*
* Maintain detailed patient and medical records.
*
* Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence).
*
* Schedule medical appointments.
*
* Work with insurance companies to process claims.
*
* Process invoices, bills and payments.
*
* Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
*
* Qualifications:
*
* At least one year of customer service experience. Sales/Managerial experience is a plus but not required.
*
* Office Experience
- General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Business Knowledge, Organization, Time Management, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, PC Proficiency, Reporting Skills.
*
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
*
* Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, and Excel) required.

* Offer:

* Contrato a término indefinido con vacaciones, EPS, ARL, pensión, caja de compensación, primas, cesantías, dotación tres veces al año, auxilio de transporte y todos los incentivos legales.
