**Summary**

We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing and hiring technical profiles across Latin America. This role is adecuado for recent graduates or early-career professionals with around 1 year of experience in IT recruiting who want to continue building a strong career in the tech recruitment space.

This is a fixed-term contract for 5 months, designed to provide strong learning opportunities and professional growth in IT Recruiting.

**Location**
- Colombia: Medellín
- Costa Rica

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the evaluation interview processes: Technical, hiring managers, and clients.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building.

**Requirements**:

- ~1 year of experience in IT recruiting, technical recruitment, or related HR/recruitment roles (including internships or trainee roles).
- Mid understanding of IT roles (software developers, QA, data, cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools, AI experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Availability for a fixed-term contract of 5 months.
