- Design and Execute Manufacturing Strategies: Lead the execution of the annual production plan to meet demand with a focus on agility and simplicity.
- Lead Transformation and Technical Innovation Projects: Drive continuous improvement through in-depth analysis of physicochemical processes, optimize resources and challenge the operational status quo.
- Orchestrate New Product Launches (NPD): Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure the industrial success of our innovations, mitigating technical risks and maximizing efficiency from the design phase.
- Guarantee Excellence in EHS and Quality: Ensure that all manufacturing processes strictly comply with integral safety and quality guidelines, promoting a culture of zero accidents and zero defects, which are non-negotiable for us.

We Are Looking For We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to connect technical details with the Group\'s strategic objectives. Someone with a proven track record of leading projects in complex industrial environments and a talent for adapting to constant changes. To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have
- A solid foundation in Chemical, Process, Production, Biochemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience leading processes or projects in industrial environments (such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics).
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
- Strong command of tools like Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
