A Day in the Life As a Process Specialist at our plant in Funza, Colombia, your mission will be to strengthen our manufacturing operations through deep data analysis and continuous improvement. You will be a key player in transforming technical knowledge into replicable methodologies that drive quality and productivity in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Process Analysis and Strategy: You will analyze production data to identify patterns, deviations, and improvement opportunities. You will research and structure industrial knowledge to create quantitative, documented methodologies that optimize our processes.
- Improvement Project Management: You will develop and lead high‑impact projects focused on tackling the root causes of deviations, using technical evidence to improve key indicators like GCP (Good Cosmetic Practices) and NESQ.
- Operational Monitoring and Control: You will continuously monitor the indicators of the manufacturing and filling lines, generating reports with trend analysis and proposing concrete action plans to ensure efficiency.
- Innovation and Knowledge Transfer: You will ensure the correct implementation of new processes from pilot tests to the industrial phase and document technical knowledge to facilitate training and traceability. - A degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Previous experience in industrial processes, process scalability, or production.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze complex data and turn it into strategic actions.
- Problem‑Solving: The capacity to identify root causes and design effective, lasting solutions.
- Project Management: Skills to plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects from start to finish.
- Agility: Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic production environment and consistently propose improvements.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with teams from different areas to achieve common goals.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and an intermediate level of English. What’s In It For You
