What You’ll Be Doing

You will be supporting the Director of LATAM to ensure seamless HR operations and strict adherence to Colombian labor laws. Your key tasks will include:
- HR & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with integral teams (Colombia and Philippines) to maintain HR and SST processes aligned with local laws and Filta standards.
- Payroll Data & Benefits Administration: Oversee attendance reporting, payroll deductions, and benefit enrollments (EPS, ARL, Pension) to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- SST Management: Lead the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) in accordance with Decree 1072 and Resolution 0312, managing audits and safety programs.
