- Hands‑on experience leading partner onboarding and acting as a central coordination hub.
- Strong experience navigating ambiguity, shifting timelines, and high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across fragmented teams.
- Strong experience delivering high-visibility strategic initiatives with executive exposure.
- Hands‑on experience building tracking mechanisms, KPIs, and escalation processes.
- Proven ability to proactively identify risks and unblock teams to ensure delivery.
- Strong experience creating and evolving program management processes and frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and tools to drive delivery consistency.
- Strong technical acumen working closely with engineering teams on integrations and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into concise executive-level communication.
- Strong judgment in prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation management.
