As a Senior Android Engineer, you'll face challenges that extend beyond the ordinary. What would you do?
- Design and Drive: Lead the development and maintenance of our native Android applications using Kotlin, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and performant.
- Elevate the Bar: Bring proactive proposals for technical improvements, tools, and processes to keep our mobile stack at the forefront of the industry.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor other senior and mid‑level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers via Figma to translate complex designs into fluid, high‑quality mobile interfaces.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the end‑to‑end delivery process, including the indispensable task of publishing and managing versions in the Google Play Store.
- Code Quality & Evolution: Participate in and lead code reviews. Work with legacy code, contributing to the evolution of the codebase to bring it to the next level of quality and modern standards.
- Product Vision: Collaborate with product teams to define technical feasibility and contribute to the evolution of the mobile product.

Your experience has been shaped by
- Experience: +5 years of professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin (Must).
- Store Mastery: Proven track record of successfully publishing and maintaining applications in the Google Play Store.
