What are we looking for? We are looking for a Sitecore Full Stack Developer to ensure that production Sitecore environments are supported effectively through proactive investigation and resolution of backend issues, rather than sprint-based feature development. In this role, you will help maintain the reliability of customer MarTech platforms on the organization platform, ensuring that production issues are investigated and resolved efficiently across customer environments. Customer Sitecore environments will remain stable and performant, with backend production issues diagnosed and resolved effectively across multiple customer codebases. What are you expected to do? Support Customer Sitecore environments Work within the ticketing system to investigate and resolve backend Sitecore and composable platform issues affecting customer environments. Act as the developer responsible for troubleshooting production issues and outages alongside Site Reliability Engineers. Investigate and resolve production issues within unfamiliar customer codebases using strong Sitecore development patterns and troubleshooting techniques. Diagnose issues across customer Sitecore implementations, backend services, APIs, integrations and headless delivery architectures. Collaborate with customer development teams when application-level issues are identified. Identify opportunities to improve reliability or automation across customer environments where recurring issues are observed.
