Document Controller Analyst (Girardot)

Main purpose of position Currently we are looking for a Document Controller Analyst in Girardot, Colombia to be part of our general team working together towards our vision
- Improving our future. As our Document Controller Analyst you will assist in all aspects of project documents in country
- Type of contract
- fixed term up to (3) years.

Main Responsibilities
- Create all additional document profiles for internal documents as instructed by Project Document Controller.
- Create all document profiles as per the SMDL’s and return the Project document numbers (DocID) to the Contractors.
- Upload all document deliverables received by transmittal.
- Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Send documentation on workflow according to the Project distribution matrix and controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
- Follow up that all the workflow processes are completed.
- Generate outgoing transmittals
- Return the documents with Acceptance code and comments to the Contractor/Supplier.
- Control the receiving and log all Site Daily Diaries in the system.
- Control the correspondence according to the _Quick Guide
- Correspondence Register._
- Make sure the templates and the Project users are updated and available.
- Manage the External Sharing Site.
