Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Owner to help drive the expansion of our industry-leading software suite. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions that enhance our product offerings and support our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Embed within development Scrum Teams to deliver high-value features and enhancements across our product suite. Translate product vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Validate delivered software to ensure it meets business and user needs. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile best practices within the team. Partner with UX designers to plan and validate new product initiatives through user research and feedback. Work with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks, release notes). Support product launches with coordinated communication plans and sales enablement programs. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to keep them informed and engaged with product updates. Monitor competitors and industry trends; maintain competitive intelligence resources such as battlecards. Qualifications Experience 5+ years in the retail industry as a merchandise planner, assortment planner, allocator, buyer, or similar role; OR 3+ years as a Product Owner in a Scrum-based software development environment, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise analytics, or AI-driven products. Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes. Entrepreneurial mindset, including navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and driving product initiatives independently. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
