Join our team and “Be You Be Aptar” Aptar Italia is seeking a Customer Service Manager, based in its Aptar Chieti site. The Customer Service Manager coordinates the activities of sales order management. Supervises and monitors activities related to the respect of the confirmed dates to customers, by involving the related functions (material management, production, shipping, transportation or otherwise). He/She has to guarantee the satisfaction of Customer need as regards Supply Chain matters and manage in concert with Sales priorities on customer orders. As Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Coordinate the activities of part configuration based on the info received from the Sales.
- Take part with the Head of Supply Chain to the definition of Supply Chain service agreement with Customers and be responsible to execute them.
- Manage the Customer forecast in concert with the Material Manager as it pertains to the availability and allocation of resources.
- Manage the relationship with customers regarding the order entry, order-status and order management with the goal of ensuring customer service required.
- Ensure motivation, control, rewarding and professional development of his collaborators, according with the Aptar spirit and policies relating to compensation. Job Location The position will be based in Aptar Chieti. Education Degree in Economics, Management Engineering and/or a Master’s degree or specific training in Customer Service Management. Required skills
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Customer Service Management
- Analytical and data management skills
- Problem-solving orientation
- Good knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office package
- Excellent command of the English language, fluent spoken English
- Reliability and strong sense of responsibility
