AI-driven insights, and long-term product innovation.What You Will DoProduct DefinitionDefine and communicate the vision and roadmap for the data lakehouse and analytics platformAlign stakeholders across multiple product lines on shared goals and outcomesIdentify opportunities for advanced analytics, reporting, and data monetizationIdeate and define approaches encompassing both batch and streaming ETL methods, ensuring flexibility and scalability across data ingestion and transformationDefine opportunities to deliver valuable insights through the use of AI and other analytical toolsExecution & DeliveryTranslate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teamsPrioritize backlog items to maximize impact across four product linesLead the product development lifecycle—from discovery and MVP definition through launch and iterationEnsure the platform supports both batch and real-time (streaming) data pipelines, accounting for performance and scalability requirementsCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with engineering, data engineering, and BI teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant data solutionsPartner with product line leaders to ensure the platform meets cross-functional needsServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding platform capabilitiesMeasurement & ImprovementDefine and track KPIs to measure platform adoption, performance, and business valueDrive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and market researchMust Haves3+ years managing data analytics, BI, or data platform projects as a Product Manager (or equivalent role)2+ years working directly in agile scrum teams with hands-on involvement in sprint cycles and backlog groomingProven ability to deliver outcomes in a cross-functional, matrixed organizationProven track record of leading cross-functional teams in building and launching complex data productsFamiliarity with modern data architectures (data warehouses, lakehouses, batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines)Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.G., Amazon QuickSight, Apache Superset, Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with LLM, ML, and other AI capabilitiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills—able to balance the needs of multiple product
