We are looking for a Head Of Marketing & Sales
- BU Pasta Sauces, a strategic and cross‑functional role responsible for driving category growth across multiple markets. The person will be based in our Headquarters in Parma.

Main responsibilities:

Market, Consumer & Category Strategy
- Analyse food consumption trends, consumer behaviours, competitor positioning, pricing and innovation landscapes
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and range extensions
- Define category growth objectives and marketing mix (product, price, promotion, placement) in alignment with international markets
- Build business cases and category P&L; ownership, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth

Innovation & Product Development Leadership
- Lead the end‑to‑end NPD pipeline: concept > recipe > industrialisation > packaging > market rollout
- Coordinate with R&D;, production and markets to develop and optimise products
