- At least 6 months of experience in Track & Trace or shipment tracking (required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for 100% on-site work in Bucaramanga.
