The Impact of an IT Systems Administrator at Coupa: As an IT Systems Administrator for AI Platforms, you will be the primary technical owner of our enterprise AI ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between AI service providers and our internal teams, ensuring that tools like Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini Enterprise (Google) are seamlessly provisioned, optimized, and supported. What You'll Do:
- Platform Administration: Manage administrative consoles for enterprise AI tools; oversee user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations.
- License & Spend Management: Track seat utilization and manage license lifecycles. Monitor API usage and monthly spend to ensure budget alignment.
- Triage & Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI-related help desk tickets. Manage and prioritize incoming service requests for new AI features or access.
