Remote Senior Experiential Marketing Leader (Santander)

Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing in Colombia. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing teams to create experiences that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen long‑term relationships. The position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, offering the chance to work across integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and operational event delivery. - Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement of a portfolio of enterprise‑level experiential marketing programs and in‑person events.
- Develop event‑driven pipeline generation strategies by defining target account lists, opportunity goals, attendee engagement plans, and post‑event follow‑up motions in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
- Manage end‑to‑end event operations, including agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts, and budget oversight.
- Build integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partnerships, and content initiatives to drive attendance from high‑value target accounts.
