About the job: The main purpose of the job is to prepare daily schedules and optimize routing for efficiency. Key responsibilities include assigning vehicles and drivers, coordinating with the call center, managing logistics, ensuring timely service delivery, and monitoring driver performance. The role also involves collaborating with the Fleet department for vehicle management and assisting HR with performance feedback.
In Operations, you will be a key member of our office team, ensuring bookings are filled and passengers are transported safely and on time. You may also assist call center or HR staff as needed.
You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, meeting deadlines and being prepared to stay until tasks are completed. It's essential to remain well-rested and focused, displaying professionalism and maintaining positive relationships with driving, airport, and office staff.
Your role involves managing drivers, requiring strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, assertiveness, and confidence.
We utilize various back-office systems and IT solutions, and comprehensive training will be provided. You will handle confidential company information, which must remain undisclosed and securely stored, even after your employment ends.

**ENSURING TIMELY SERVICE DELIVERY, MANAGING LOGISTICS, AND ADDRESSING DELAYS.**
**MONITORING DRIVER PERFORMANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH TACHOGRAPH RULES WHILE MANAGING DRIVER SCHEDULES.**
**COLLABORATING WITH THE FLEET DEPARTMENT FOR VEHICLE MANAGEMENT AND ASSISTING HR WITH COMPLAINTS AND PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK.**
**CONTINUOUSLY SEEKING IMPROVEMENTS IN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR SAFETY, EFFICIENCY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.**
Duties include: **ADVANCE PREPARATION OF THE DAILY SCHEDULES FOR ALPY TRANSFERS, MINDFUL OF ALL RELEVANT FACTORS AND VARIABLES.**
**MANAGEMENT OF DAY TO DAY LOGISTICS INCLUDING**: **ENSURING DRIVERS START ON TIME AND VEHICLES DEPART AS SCHEDULED.**
**LOGGING DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TIMES, AND MONITORING DRIVERS AT COLLECTION POINTS.**
**COMMUNICATING WITH THE CALL CENTER TO INFORM PASSENGERS OF DELAYS AND ENSURING NO ONE IS LEFT BEHIND.**
**CONTACTING AND LOGGING MISSING PASSENGERS AND HANDLING MISSED TRANSFERS PER POLICY.**
**LIAISING WITH DRIVERS AND UPDATING THEM ON PASSENGER INFORMATION AND DELAYS.**
**ADJUSTING SCHEDULES FOR TRAFFIC, WEATHER, OR EMERGENCIES TO MINIMIZE PASSENGER INCONVENIENCE.**
**MONITORING DRIVERS’ HOURS AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL LIMITS AND REST BREAKS.**
**PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUICKLY ADDRESSING VEHICLE BREAKDOWNS OR DRIVER ISSUES BY ARRANGING REPLACEMENTS.**
**ORGANIZING DRIVERS AND VEHICLES FOR ADDITIONAL TRANSFERS AND ACCOMMODATING EQUIPMENT LIKE SKIS OR BIKES.**
**HANDOVER DUTIES FOR NIGHT SHIFTS, TAKING RESERVATIONS, ATTENDING STAFF MEETINGS, AND BEING PROACTIVE IN DECISION-MAKING.**
**PERFORMING OTHER TASKS AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT, WITH THE JOB DESCRIPTION SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON COMPANY NEEDS.**
