About project

As a Solution Owner, you will be on the front lines of delivery, leading complex work focused on impactful business outcomes for our key clients. In this role, you will be a day-to-day delivery leader embedded with our highly skilled teams of experts, engaging with clients to partner on prioritization, backlog management, and planning, and accountable for successful project & program management. Our Solution Owners are specializing generalists, able to flex into new roles as required, and always acquiring new skills.

You will thrive in this role if you have a learner’s mindset, a servant-leader mentality, and a passion for getting things done. You may come from an engineering, design, or project management background and will most certainly leverage the special skills & experiences you’ve acquired throughout your career. A firm understanding and appreciation for consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a huge plus, as are certifications from partners such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.

What You’ll Do
- Lead large-scale, complex delivery projects on client engagements across all industries & verticals in a hands-on role
- Define and work within an agile framework, including estimation, facilitating backlog refinement, agile ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrationsLead short-term discovery teams to help clients solidify their vision, create a plan to pull the future forward, and align technical resources to ensure a viable & desirable outcome during longer-length delivery & iterative development
- Be an advocate for change, embracing evolving requirements as new information is obtained and leveraging empirical process control to incorporate knowledge into working product increments
