PURPOSE:

Responsible for delivering actionable insights on network performance, competitive positioning, and market dynamics to support Sales, Customer Experience, and M&A; decision-making. Leverages RF expertise and advanced analytics to inform investment strategies, optimize portfolio performance, and identify growth opportunities across PTI’s markets.

FUNCTIONS:

* Analyze RF performance data (coverage, capacity, and user experience) using crowd-sourced analytics platforms to assess network quality and identify gaps.
* Support technical due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and commercial opportunities, including evaluation of spectrum assets, infrastructure, and network KPIs.
* Develop comparative market analyses to benchmark network performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
* Support planning and budgeting processes by modeling site demand and network investment priorities.
* Integrate RF data with geospatial, demographic, and economic datasets to generate comprehensive insights.
* Produce reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations to support strategic decisions.
* Conduct competitive and churn analyses to assess market positioning and customer experience trends.
* Monitor spectrum utilization, equipment configurations, and 5G deployment across the portfolio.
* Perform audits related to unauthorized RAN sharing (UDEs) and ensure alignment with contractual frameworks.
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, M&A;, and Operations to align technical insights with business priorities.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
