Job Title: Graphic Designer – Digital & Social Media (WordPress) Location: Medellín, Colombia – On-site Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital design, WordPress, and social media content creation. This role is focused on digital assets and online presence, including website updates, visual content, and social media materials. The adecuado candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting marketing and brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design engaging digital content for social media platforms (posts, stories, banners, ads) Create and update content on WordPress websites (landing pages, visuals, basic layouts) Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels and brand touchpoints Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop creative concepts Optimize designs for user experience and engagement Stay updated with digital trends and social media best practices Requirements Proven experience in graphic design for digital platforms and social media Hands-on experience with WordPress (content updates, basic page building) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Understanding of social media formats, trends, and engagement strategies Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Availability to work 100% on-site in Medellín Nice to Have Experience with paid media creatives (ads) Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or similar Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory) Experience working with international teams Important Note This position is focused on digital design, WordPress, and social media content.
