Responsibilities:
- Communicate with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage details.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance verifications to facilitate patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any insurance-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of insurance verifications and follow-up actions taken.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives. Requirements:
- Conversational English (B2+)
- Proficiency in using a computer and general office software tools.
- Availability to work on site.
- Attention to detail. Experience in customer service or related (Not mandatory) Remuneration: 2.850.000 COP + Transportation allowance USA Calendar/ USA Eastern Time zone Monday
