About the role: Ourclient is seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to manage,optimize, and maintain CRM systems that support digital marketingoperations and internal workflows. This role is adecuado for someonewith strong technical expertise, sharp attention to detail, andproven experience handling CRM setups and automations in a digitalmarketing agency environment. Experience working in digitalmarketing agencies is required. What you’ll be doing: Manage andmaintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and reliabilityConfigure and optimize CRM workflows, automations, and pipelinesCoordinate with internal teams to align CRM processes withoperational needs Use ClickUp and GHL to support CRM-relatedworkflows and integrations Identify and resolve CRM inefficiencieswhile implementing improvements to enhance performance Regularlycommunicate with internal stakeholders to ensure CRM usage alignswith business goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives tooptimize CRM functionality Ensure internal teams follow establishedCRM processes and SOPs for consistent usage Who are we looking for?Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a CRM SpecialistExperience working with ClickUp, GHL, and other CRM/projectmanagement tools Basic understanding of digital marketing factors,mainly SEO and Google Ads. Proficient with AI tools andtechnologies relevant to CRM and marketing automation Strongcommunication skills to work with multiple internal stakeholdersExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to workindependently in a fast-paced, remote environment Experienceworking in digital marketing agencies is required US experience isrequired.
