Senior Backend Python Developer (LATAM Only)

Location: Remote – Latin America Start Date: November Compensation: USD 4,000–5,000/month

We’re looking for a very senior Backend Python Developer based in LATAM, fluent in English, to join our team for an initial capability presentation with a client — and a strong path to a long-term engagement next year.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrations.

- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP to deploy and optimize backend services.

- Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practice implementations.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in backend development with Python.

- Strong expertise with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

- Proven track record in API design, integrations, and system scalability.

- Experience with AWS or GCP.

- Excellent communication skills in English (client-facing role).

- Availability to start in November.

Nice to Have

- Experience working in agile remote teams.
