UX/UI Designer (Manizales)

We’re looking for an **Experience Designer** who is passionate about creating human-centered healthcare experiences that make an impact on individuals and communities.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with patients, providers, and internal teams to design and refine digital healthcare experiences that prioritize accessibility, empathy, and effectiveness for diverse populations.
- Develop prototypes of digital health solutions, iterating based on patient feedback and clinical input.
- Facilitate bilingual workshops, design sessions, and project meetings to align stakeholders and uncover user needs.
- Create user flows and low-fidelity wireframes that simplify complex health journeys.
- Design and execute activities, such as card-sorting exercises, to validate hypotheses about website taxonomy, patient portals, and mobile app navigation.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **2-7 years** of experience in experience design, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or patient-focused services.
- Expertise in conversational AI and chatbot experiences, particularly in delivering personalized and multilingual healthcare interactions.
- A knack for balancing business viability, patient needs, and technical feasibility in early-stage problem definition and solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research, develop personas, and build journey maps tailored to diverse patient demographics.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey the value of patient-centered designs to stakeholders.
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles, with a passion for staying ahead of emerging telehealth trends.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, and InVision, along with a portfolio showcasing healthcare-related work.
