IT Support Technician (Manizales)

**VIP Medical Group, **one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management is looking for **IT Support Technicians **to join our team!

As an **IT Support Technician** at **VIP Medical Group**, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and assisting employees with their technical issues. This role requires good written and verbal English communication skills, as you will be interacting with team members at all levels within the organization.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in our IT infrastructure. Assist in the management of user accounts and permissions.
- Participate in IT projects as needed.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant technical certifications or degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards IT support.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
