Lead Marketing Operations Expert (San Vicente)

**What you will do**
- Stay up to date with new marketing tools;
- Define and execute A/B tests and experiments to grow the number of leads and reduce costs across channels (Mass Mail, Linkedin, Paid Media, Inbound);
- Work with technical experts to share learnings and opportunities;
- Set up and track analytics.

**Must haves**
- +5 years in outbound marketing (Mass Mail, Linkedin);
- +3 years experience in Inbound Marketing (Paid Media, Content, SEO);
- +2 years of experience in data reporting;
- +5 years of experience in B2B Marketing;
- You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room;
- Willingness to try new things and learn from them.

**Nice to haves**
- Experience in software development industry;
- You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
- You have experience working in an Agile environment;
- You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve;
- Experience in martech tools.
