Filmmaker / Motion Graphics Designer (San Vicente)

**Filmmaker / Motion Designer**: Innovative, artistic and creative, the Filmmaker / Motion Designer will help shoot, edit, and create motion graphics for a variety of marketing projects. If needed, this person is also able to create video projects from conception to completion on their own, and manage assigned video projects and expenses.

Reports directly to the Sr. Creative Director.

In this role, you will work on a wide-range of video/motion projects including, but not limited to, customer reference videos, product demos and animations, long-form narrative videos and large event collateral..

**In this role you will be called on to**:

- Craft visually compelling stories under tight deadlines
- Demonstrate the technical and creative vision to collaborate with creative directors, writers, and project teams, as well as work independently, to achieve the best possible results
- Be innovative while adhering to Genesys brand guidelines
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, while managing timelines and project deliverables
- Conceptualize, design, and craft motion graphics marketing deliverables
- Translate others’ concepts and existing client information into visually compelling stories under different deadline requirements.

**Our Motion Graphic Designers/Editors must**:

- Have an aptitude for storytelling
- Be proficient in Adobe Premiere and color correction techniques
- Be proficient in After Effects
- Motion tracking and 3D skills are a plus
- Possess knowledge about codecs, compression, and video standards
- Be meticulous, technical, organized, and creative at the same time
- Be strategic and artistic with design, animation, editing and compositing

**Experience**:

- Adobe CC: 5+ years (preferred)
- Video Editing: 5+ years (preferred)
- Motion Graphics: 5+ years (preferred)
