This role will assist with campaign coordination, creative organization, website updates, digital marketing support, and internal operational tasks across multiple dealership accounts and agency projects. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and interested in growing within marketing and agency operations. The idóneo candidate enjoys keeping projects moving, managing details accurately, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with OEM co-op and advertising pre-approval submissions for dealership campaigns using internal systems
- Help review and proof advertising disclaimers for monthly specials and promotions using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Support dealership communication regarding approvals, missing information, and campaign updates primarily through email
- Coordinate with internal design teams on creative deliverables including:
- Website specials
- Paid social campaigns
- Email marketing campaigns
- Performance Max creative
- Additional agency design requests
- Proof and quality-check creative assets before final approval
- Organize production sheets and campaign information for internal execution
- Update and post monthly specials on dealership websites
- Create and manage UTM tracking links for digital campaigns
- Assist with writing social media captions and promotional content
- Support SEO and digital marketing platform updates and tasks
- Help maintain organized workflows, project tracking, and internal coordination across the agency
- Assist leadership and team members with operational and administrative support as needed Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Strong proofreading and quality-control abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic project management tools
- Ability to work independently while staying highly organized and responsive Nice to Have:
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, marketing support, coordination, or agency environments
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, or website platforms
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or creative projects
- Experience working in automotive, agency, or client-service environments
