Job description The GenAI Content Marketing Strategist is responsible for integrating Generative AI into all aspects of the organization’s digital content marketing activities, including both external (customer-facing) initiatives and internal (operational) processes. This role leads the adoption, development, and customization of AI-powered tools to enhance marketing performance. With expertise both in digital marketing and Generative AI, the strategist implements solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing systems, maximizing efficiency across all digital platforms.

Description
- Lead the integration of Generative AI into digital marketing processes, driving efficiency and personalization.
- Responsible for the delivery of human and AI content solutions ranging from copywriting, content planning, creation, strategy, research & analytics processes
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize performance and automate key marketing operations.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI technology integration into existing systems.
- Stay updated with the evolving AI landscape, implementing best approaches to marketing challenges.
- Provide ongoing training and support to teams on AI tools and strategies, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess AI's impact on marketing activities, ensuring measurable value.
- Take a leading role for the on-going training, mentoring and expansion of regional Empresa confidencial Digital AI champions, as well as helping to ensure that external vendors talent pools maintain scalability and pace with the solutions.
