The IT Specialist

In this position, you will work closely with end users, server issues, firewall issues, complex networks, and other IT administration items. You will be working out of our office. This position is for supporting our USA-based clients via our RMM and ticketing system, as well as via the phone. You will also be responsible for supporting the 55 users in our Colombia office; however, this will only take %25-30 of your time. Respect for privacy and privileged information is a must, and confidentiality is a must

Responsibilities:
- Active Directory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Compliance & Security
- Good understanding of Networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, Vlans, & Subnets
- Good understanding and experience with Active Directory.
- Must be able to work well independently.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and in written
- Ability to work with multiple customers.
- Advance English speaking and writing "Required"
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications are a MUST.
- Experience with Mac Qualifications
- In-depth experience with Windows Server
- Azure and O365
- Active Directory; managing Group Policy, etc.
- virtualization; VMWare/HyperV.
- Firewalls and security devices
- Switches and infrastructure
- A clean, organized and detail-oriented approach to IT
- 5+ year’s experience in IT related field
- Ability to work in multiple client environments.
- Attention to detail and follow through
- Firewalls mostly Fortinet
- Business Class Wireless Solutions
- Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity, Acronis, Veeam
- Remote desktop services
- VPN solutions
