We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can produce high-volume creative assets , and has experience designing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands . You’ll play a key role in shaping visual creative across digital channels—helping drive conversions, elevate brand identity, and support growth. Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing creative assets for digital channels, including:
- Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Email marketing campaigns
- Website banners and landing pages
- Product visuals and promotional graphics
- Produce a high volume of creatives while maintaining consistent quality and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop conversion-focused designs
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in DTC and eCommerce Qualifications
- Proven experience designing for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Experience in supplements, wellness, or health brands is a strong plus (but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume creative production in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Canva (advanced level preferred)
- Solid understanding of performance-driven design (conversion-focused creatives)
- Ability to balance speed with attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills Portfolio Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing:
- Work with 6–7 figure brands/companies
- Examples of high-converting ad creatives and/or eCommerce design
- Demonstrated range across formats (ads, email, web, etc.) Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Familiarity with paid media creative testing strategies
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, etc.) What We’re Looking For
