About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Project / Product Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across Data, AI, and Software Development for a fast-growing technology startup.

This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple high-impact projects, including:
- Data Lake and Business Intelligence implementations
- Enterprise software and platform development
- AI management systems using AI agents
- Cloud-native data and analytics solutions leveraging Databricks The idóneo candidate combines strong product thinking, technical understanding, and project delivery expertise in modern cloud and AI environments. Responsabilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Manage product roadmaps, project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive the implementation of Data Lake, BI, analytics, and AI-driven platforms.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to define architecture, delivery strategy, and execution plans.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and engineering execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility across teams.
- Define KPIs, product success metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support AI initiatives involving intelligent agents, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with leadership and clients to manage expectations, priorities, and communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Required Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML products or AI agent-based systems.
- Exposure to Databricks, modern data platforms, or big data ecosystems.
- Knowledge of cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering/data teams.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Understanding of BI tools, analytics workflows, and data governance practices.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration, automation workflows, or agentic AI concepts.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
